On Friday, January 19th 2007 @ 5:30pm in conjunction with the Indianapolis Colt's Playoff Pep Rally, the official 1st Annual 2007 NFL Alumni "Caring for Kids" Super Bowl XLI Raffle Drawing was done downtown in "12th Man Alley" south of the RCA Dome.
The WINNERS are as follows:
- 1st prize: Christina Campins of Carmel IN. ...............................WON! 2 Super Bowl Tickets (airfare, hotel and 2 tickets to the NFL Alumni Man of the Year Banquet)
- 2nd prize: Dianne M. Dayton of Jasper IN. ..............................WON! $1,000
- 3rd prize: John Ramsey of Carmel, IN .....................................WON! $500.
A $5,000 check (from the proceeds of the raffle) was also presented to Jon Hand representing the NFL Alumni's "Caring for Kids" charity; JT's Hand Foundation for neonatal research and development.
NEXT EVENT! We have just scheduled our NFL Alumni Charity Golf Tournament at Eagle Creek Golf Course on May 21st. It will follow a great day at the track (bump day) our NFL Alumni Day at the Track (including many NFL Hall of Fame Stars) onSunday, May 20th. It will be posted on our own official "NFL Alumni Indianapolis Chapter Website" (Coming soon!) www.nflaindy.org along with many other upcoming fund raising events that we will be involved with.
